Our feet are fragile and very complex. They are the part of our body which is specifically designed to move us and support our weight. They go through a great deal of stress, pressure and tension everyday. It is only when they stop working correctly that we usually notice them (through foot and other pain).

It's important to remember that our feet are connected to the rest of our body and that problems related to the function of the feet are often reflected in other parts of the body such as knees, hips and spine. Of course, problems in other parts of the body can also be reflected in the feet.
